GBP Dash Pro

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

GBP Dash Pro (“we”, “us”) is a web application that helps you manage your Google Business Profiles in one place. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using GBP Dash Pro you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Google Business Profile data. When you connect a Google account and approve access, we retrieve through Google's Business Profile APIs the information needed to run the features you use: your accounts and locations (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, categories, hours, services, status), performance statistics, posts, photos, and reviews and replies.
  • Content you create. Posts, drafts, groups, keywords, notes and settings you save in the app.
  • Contact and billing details. If you give us a contact name, company, phone number, contact or billing email, billing address or tax ID (for example when you subscribe or ask for support), we keep them, with private notes our team makes about your account, to contact you and to invoice you. We never store card numbers.
  • Ranking data. When you run a rank scan, we send the keyword and grid coordinates to a search data provider (DataForSEO) and store the results.
  • Usage and technical data. Basic logs (such as sign-in times, actions taken and errors) used to run, secure and improve the service, and counts of the ranking points and AI writes you use.

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and improve GBP Dash Pro: to sign you in, display and manage the listings you connect, publish posts, photos and review replies that you ask us to publish, run rank scans, generate AI drafts you request, send you in-app notifications, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure and answer your support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Google user data and the Limited Use requirements

GBP Dash Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we use the Business Profile permission (business.manage) only to read and manage the Business Profile data you connect, and only to provide the user-facing features described above. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide those features (for example, to our hosting and data providers), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business with notice to you. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you give us your consent for specific items, it is needed for security purposes or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

AI features

When you ask for an AI-written post, review reply or service description, the relevant details (such as the business name, town, category and the text you provided, or the review text) are sent to our AI providers to produce the draft. We send only what is needed for that request. Drafts are shown to you for review before they are published to Google, unless you turn on automatic publishing for a schedule, in which case posts for that schedule are generated and published without a separate review.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run GBP Dash Pro, and only as needed to provide the service. These currently include our hosting and database provider (Railway), Google (Business Profile APIs and sign-in), a search data provider for rank scans (DataForSEO), and AI providers for text and images (Google Gemini and Cloudflare Workers AI). We may also disclose information if required by law.

How we protect it

Google access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never sent to your browser. Connections use HTTPS. Sessions are stored server-side. Access to production systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can disconnect any Google account in Settings at any time, which revokes our access to it. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. You can delete your account and all your data yourself at any time from Settings, using “Delete my account”. This revokes our access to your Google accounts and permanently removes your listings and everything stored for your account. You can also email us at the address below and we will delete it for you, normally within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can access and edit your data in the app, disconnect your Google accounts, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as access, correction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

GBP Dash Pro is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
