Terms of Service

GBP Dash Pro lets you connect Google accounts and manage the Google Business Profiles they have access to: publishing posts, replying to reviews, viewing statistics, scanning local rankings, checking listing health and related tools. Features may change over time. The Service is provided in early access and may contain errors or be unavailable at times.

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must only connect Google accounts and Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must give accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Each plan includes limits, such as the number of listings, ranking points per month (one point for each spot checked on a ranking map) and AI writes per month. Listings beyond your plan's limit are imported but locked: they are left unchanged on Google and the Service does not act on them until your plan allows it. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each month. Prices, when introduced, will be shown before you pay, and we may change plans and limits with notice.

You keep all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You are responsible for everything you post, reply and change on Google through the Service, including AI-generated drafts you approve or schedule to publish. Review drafts before they go live. You must comply with Google's terms and policies, including the Business Profile content policies, and with applicable law.

• Do not post spam, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or fake reviews or replies.
• Do not use the Service to harass others, to manipulate listings in ways Google prohibits, or to gain unauthorized access to any account.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or to bypass plan limits or security.

We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk.

The Service relies on Google's APIs and other third-party providers. Their availability, limits and policies are outside our control, and changes by them can affect the Service. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

AI drafts may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, rating or business outcome from using the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including Google user data.

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your Google accounts at any time. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service. When your access ends, we stop acting on your listings; content already published to Google stays on Google unless you remove it there.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, listings or reputation, arising from your use of the Service, including actions Google takes on your profiles. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
